Exercise.

So hopefully ill have a different exercise plan every month, probably, unless I really need to change it up a bit to make sure it doesnt get boring!
But one thing I do have to say is ill be increasing the time and reps etc.
So for the month of January:

WEEK 1:
Monday: walking 15 mins, 50 squats, 50 sit ups, 25 star jumps.
Tuesday: walking 30 mins, 50 squats, 50 sit ups, 10 Push ups, 15 star jumps.
Wednesday: walking 15 mins, running 15 mins, 25 sit ups, 25 star jumps.
Thursday: running/walking for a hour, just dance for a hour and a half, wiifit exercise half hour,15 star jumps.
Friday: running/walking for a hour, 25 squats, 25 sit ups, 25 star jumps.
Saturday: Stretching, yoga
Sunday: running 5mins, walking 5mins for a hour, 50 sit ups, 50 star jumps, yoga.

WEEK 2:
Monday: walking 30 mins, 50 squats, 50 sit ups, 30 star jumps.
Tuesday: walking a hour, 50 squats, 50 sit ups, 20 star jumps.
Wednesday: walking 15 mins, running 20 mins, 25 sit ups, 25 star jumps.
Thursday: running/walking for a hour, just dance for a hour and a half, wiifit exercise a hour, 20 star jumps.
Friday: running/walking for a hour, 25 squats, 25 sit ups, 25 star jumps.
Saturday: stretching, yoga
Sunday: running 5mins, walking 5mins for a hour, 50 sit ups, 50 star jumps, yoga.

WEEK 3:
Monday: walking an hour, 50 squats, 50 sit ups, 60 star jumps.
Tuesday: walking a hour and a half, 50 squats, 50 sit ups, 20 star jumps.
Wednesday: walking 20 mins, running 25 mins, 25 sit ups, 25 star jumps.
Thursday: running/walking for a hour, just dance a hour 30, wiifit exercise 1hour15mins, 20 star jumps.
Friday: running/walking for a hour, 25 squats, 25 sit ups, 25 star jumps.
Saturday: stretching, yoga
Sunday: running 5mins, walking 5mins for a hour, 50 sit ups, 50 star jumps, yoga.

WEEK 4:
Monday: walking a hour and a half, 50 squats, 50 sit ups, 60 star jumps.
Tuesday: walking two hours, 50 squats, 50 sit ups, 25 star jumps.
Wednesday: walking 30 mins, running 30 mins, 25 sit ups, 25 star jumps.
Thursday: running/walking for a hour, just dance a hour 30, wiifit exercise 1hour15mins, 25 star jumps.
Friday: running/walking for a hour and a half, 25 squats, 25 sit ups, 25 star jumps.
Saturday: stretching, yoga.
Sunday: running 5mins, walking 5mins for a hour, 50 sit ups, 50 star jumps, yoga.
